After teaching blogging workshops in London, Birmingham and Chester already this year I am finally running one in Manchester."Blog Better" is a two-hour session that will cover the basics of posting, using images, linking and developing your own writing style. We'll talk about ways to approach your content editorially and avoid the '
I don't know what to write about' panic. And finally we'll discuss strategies for engaging your readers and building a wider audience via intelligent use of social media.
It's suitable for beginners with a reasonable understanding of how blogging works as well as more experienced bloggers who aren't feeling the love for their blog anymore and need inspiration (don't worry, we've all been there.) It's at
Castlefield Gallery on 28 May at 6:30pm, tickets are £25, and at time of writing there are still some left. You can read more about the workshop and book tickets
here.

This sounds top! I will definitely see you there!
Great, looking forward to it Lucy.
Wish I'd known about this earlier! I definitely would have come. Workshops like this are absolutely fantastic, even for bloggers that are experienced - it never hurts to pick up a few new tips and tricks! Do you know if you'll be holding another one in the future?
are you likely to be doing any more of these in mcr? or do you know of anything similar...i'm gutted i missed this!

Hey Ffion, thanks for your interest. I am actually doing another one at Castlefield gallery in November but not sure at this point if it will be open to the public. Will post an update here but best way to be sure not to miss it is follow me on Twitter @katefeld as I'm more active over there at the moment. Cheers.
